His background in strategic planning, sales growth, and Team Member engagement positions him well to guide Chesapeake Systems into the future.
Doug’s career in the commercial building industry includes more than two decades at Johnson Controls, where he served in various sales and general manager leadership capacities from Regional Vice President, Vice President of Sales, and Global Product Vice President. He has led multi-channel sales organizations with $1B of annual sales and P&Ls with $600M in annual revenue. Prior to joining Chesapeake Systems, Doug served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at enVerid Systems, where he was responsible for North American go-to-market sales and marketing strategies.
Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, Doug combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. His commitment to customer-focused solutions, operational excellence, and industry innovation aligns with Chesapeake Systems' mission to provide high-quality HVAC/Mechanical solutions across the Mid-Atlantic region.
