
Tyler Lee serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Chesapeake Systems, where he oversees and guides the Engineered & Distributor Products sales divisions. As a key liaison between manufacturers and the sales teams, Tyler plays a pivotal role in developing annual sales plans with clear objectives that align with Chesapeake Systems’ manufacturing partners. He ensures consistent growth in sales volume and market share by implementing a structured approach to sales result reporting and action item tracking. His leadership fosters collaboration and strategic execution across the organization’s sales divisions.
With 30 years of industry experience, Tyler brings a deep understanding of sales strategy, market dynamics, and relationship management. Before joining Chesapeake Systems in 2001, he worked in outside sales at Emerson Swan. Since then, he has held key leadership roles within Chesapeake Systems, including Vice President of Commercial Sales and Senior Vice President of Sales for the Blankin Equipment Group.
Tyler is a graduate of Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. A respected leader in the industry, he served as President of the ASHRAE Baltimore Chapter in 2010.
