
Kevin Hetman serves as the Manager of GoodTower Services, A Division of Chesapeake Systems. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the cooling tower service division including Team Member recruitment and training, engineered solutions, product design, sales, project management, customer service, and material sourcing and purchasing. Kevin’s leadership ensures the division delivers top-tier service and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
With over two decades of industry experience, Kevin brings a deep understanding of cooling tower systems and a proven track record of driving business growth. Before joining Chesapeake Systems in 2007, Kevin specialized in replacement market solutions, playing a pivotal role in expanding the GoodTower Services business into the European market while working with Evapco Europe BVBA. Upon returning to the U.S., Kevin worked as a consulting engineer before joining Chesapeake Systems’ Aftermarket Sales group, where he focused on assisting building owners and operators with product applications. His hands-on experience and strong connections with the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia market’s end users ultimately led to his leadership role with GoodTower Services.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. His commitment to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development has been instrumental in positioning Chesapeake Systems as a leader in cooling tower service and maintenance.
